MR. AC HO

AC is a consultant and trainer in organization development with special interest in career development and executive coaching and mentoring.  The Leading Clinic, USA, has certified him as Coach/Consultant in Appreciative Inquiry and Whole System IQ in 2010.

With over 30 years of human resource development experience in business, government and education, AC has held directorship positions including the National Productivity Board and Electronic Data Systems (EDS) before going on to co-found The Centre for Effective Leadership CEL) which represented Dr. Stephen R Covey’s 7 Habits and related programs in Asia.

In between consulting assignments, AC devotes his time on community service. He was a board member of the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) where he still serves as Principal Mentor and coaches CEOs and senior executives of social enterprises and NGOs. He operates a voluntary Talent Clinic at CNPL where he spends one day a month coaching staff in the social services sector.  AC is also a member of the Establishment Committee of Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprise (SCORE) that looks after the employment of inmates in the Singapore Prison.

AC’s coaching clients include CEOs, VPs, Senior Executives and Professionals in commercial and non-profit organizations in Singapore, Vietnam, China and Hongkong.  He also trains coaches and mentors in the non-profit and commercial sectors.

His current assignment is the development of a package for the training of manager-coaches in Shanghai for a US multinational company.  The package is developed using principles of positive psychology, particularly the PERMA model of well-being by Dr. Martin Seligman.

He holds a B.Sc and an M.Ed degree from Brigham Young University, Utah and has attended senior executive development program at Northwestern University (USA).

MR. STEWART HOE

Stewart Hoe is a very strong self-driven individual who worked his way up from engineering, marketing, sales, operation to management level facing the unbounded challenge of the hard disc drive industries, electronic industries, F&B, retail markets and system integration for data storage tracking.

Since Year 2010, he has been serving as General Director for both A8 Resource Co., Ltd and Mediatech Digitronics Pte Ltd which is a Singaporean business focused on the F &B, retail, consumer and electronics industries.

Stewart has more than 30 years of management experience in distribution of technology products and business development in targeted new markets inclusive of mobile phones, hard disk drives and network technology. At management level during his career, he has vast experience in recruiting & training the staffs to develop their true potential that contributes significantly to the great success of the business.

He has also attended the course at Lee Heiss Coaching Pte Ltd (www.leeheiss.com) of transforming people & organizations and completed at the highest level: Abundance Mastery level III.

MR. JEFFERY LEE

Jeffery is always searching for local talent in Vietnam since 2011 in A8 Resource Co., Ltd due to his involvement in capitalizing on human resources with a focus on developing a talent pool for both foreign-invested and domestic enterprises. In addition, he works continuously to support clients as an HR Business Partner in manufacturing, logistics, real estate, IT software and professional business services industries.

With his active participation in business associations in Vietnam especially as the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam since 2015, he is helping to connect talent to enterprises who needs to be able to execute start-ups and business expansion.

As enterprises expand so does their requirements to develop their human capital in terms of employability skills which is where Jeffery steps in. Together with like-minded consultants, he is partnering with a Singaporean consultancy (Growth Consulting Asia) on a practical-based approach to enhance the abilities of the human capital to execute the strategies and plans of the enterprises.

Jeffery graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
