Job Overview: The position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing blowers, compressors, and related equipment both in the workshop and on-site. This role ensures reliable equipment performance, accurate documentation, and strong customer support while adhering to safety and quality standards.     

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on blowers, compressors, and related equipment
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions both in the workshop and at customer job sites
3. Maintain clear and complete documentation of daily work activities
4. Ensure safe and effective job completion, maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders
5. Manage and maintain tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service jobs
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs quickly and professionally
7. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for overtime work when required
8. Always follow safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE
9. Uphold brand values, representing professionalism and reliability in every task

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
2. Hands-on knowledge of Blowers, Compressors, Generators, Pneumatic & Electrical Control Systems is preferred
3. Able to communicate in English for work-related conversations
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
7. Integrity, resourcefulness, and good interpersonal skills
