Job Overview: This position will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers; collaborating with departments to understand hiring needs; and acting as a brand ambassador for SOA to communicate our culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers; you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of tech roles.
b. Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
c. Collaborate with hiring managers to send technical tests & assessment methods to identify the best candidates.
d. Collaborate closely with tech leads and managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
e. Build a talent pool emphasizes proactive sourcing, ensuring a readily available pool of qualified candidates for future roles, reducing time-to-fill, and improving hiring efficiency.
f. Produce monthly reports to provide insights into recruitment progress, sourcing tracking, conversations, etc.
g. Act as a brand ambassador for company, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
h. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to integrate into their roles and company culture.
i. Support in collecting and sharing actual timesheet records with the HCMC C&B team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
j. Keep up to date with the latest tech trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive landscape.
k. Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment and replacement to support company's growth and project needs as assigned.
4. REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent communication skills in English and French (French speaking is a must).
2. A solid track record of success in recruiting for technical roles, specifically within software development. Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment platforms and tools.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
4. A strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering results.
5. A collaborative and supportive attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
6. A genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand technical requirements.
