JOB INFORMATION

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work location: Vietnam (remote)

Job overview: We’re looking for a strong full-stack engineer to join our small founding team and help build, run, and steadily improve our platform. You’ll work closely with the founders across the full product lifecycle — turning well-defined ideas into production code, shipping features, fixing issues, and keeping the system reliable as we grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the implementation of product features end-to-end, from backend logic and data models to APIs and user-facing interfaces, helping sellers run their multi-channel operations more smoothly
2. Build, extend, and maintain integrations with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, navigating real-world API constraints and edge cases that directly impact merchant workflows
3. Ship features iteratively and pragmatically, balancing speed and quality while responding to real customer needs in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
4. Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues with care and curiosity, focusing on root causes and preventing repeat problems for our users
5. Improve platform reliability through better test coverage, safer deployments, and incremental improvements to CI/CD and operational tooling
6. Monitor system health, logs, and alerts, and respond to incidents calmly to keep the platform dependable as usage grows
7. Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and/or Gemini as part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering standards
8. Work closely with the founders to clarify requirements, discuss tradeoffs, and ensure what we ship meaningfully solves problems for real e-commerce sellers

REQUIREMENTS

1. Have 7+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack software engineer, with a track record of shipping production features
2. Are comfortable working across frontend and backend codebases, for example React and TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js, Python, or similar on the backend
3. Have operated and maintained production systems before, including responding to incidents and fixing issues under real-world constraints
4. Are confident working with relational and in-memory databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis, and understand practical data modeling trade-offs
5. Communicate clearly in English in day-to-day engineering work, including technical discussions, documentation, and async collaboration, in a collaborative and high-trust environment
6. Are based in Southeast Asia with working hours that overlap meaningfully with Singapore
7. Have a strong bias toward action and can ship pragmatic, high-quality solutions without overengineering
8. Are comfortable making reasonable technical decisions even when requirements are incomplete or evolving
