           2. JOB INFORMATION     

Career level: Professional, at least 4 years of experience as Manual Tester /Software Test Engineer.

Job Overview: This position will be responsible for comprehensive test strategy development, test case design, execution of thorough manual testing across various platforms, and detailed reporting of results. Working closely with cross-functional teams to define robust test scenarios for functionality, performance, and security. Additionally, you'll help establish quality standards, mentor junior testers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA practices.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Design, plan and execute comprehensive manual test strategies across web, mobile, and API platforms

b. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC

c. Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

d. Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.

e. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity assessment.

f. Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure quality.

g. Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement in test coverage and efficiency.

h. Mentor junior team members on testing best practices and methodologies.

i. Contribute to the establishment of QA best practices and standards.

j. Reporting to: Project Managers, Tech Lead, Lead QA/QC (depending on project).

4. REQUIREMENTS        

1. Proficient French communication (B2) and Vietnamese (Fluent or Native).
2. Have a High School Diploma, at least 4 years of experience as Manual Tester /Software Test Engineer.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and end users in French.
4. Expert knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and performance testing).
5. Strong experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
6. Proficient in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
7. Strong knowledge of SQL for test data creation and validation across multiple database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc).
8. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
9. Experience with test automation principles and the ability to collaborate with automation engineers.
10. Experience with both Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies
11. Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
12. Experience testing across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices
13. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

1. 5+ years of professional manual testing experience in software development environments.
2. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT or relevant field.
3. French C2 Level or fluent.
4. Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
5. ISTQB certification or equivalent.
6. Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG guidelines).
7. Familiarity with security testing concepts.
8. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
9. Knowledge of BDD approaches using Gherkin syntax.
10. Experience with test data management strategies.
11. Cloud platform testing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
12. Experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
