Responsibilities

a) Sourcing local qualified supplier, negotiating for the terms in the contracts

b) Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures

c) Penetrating the market, evaluating prospective suppliers, comparing the products prices to find the best suppliers

d) Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records

e) Building good relationship with suppliers and constantly updated their information and status to director

f) Following the status of the goods and ensuring smoothly process

g) Preparing the report as required

Requirements

b) Understanding clearly on rice market like prices, trends, …and can update on day to today market prices

c) Experienced in buying rice from Mills in Mekong delta, Tien Giang, … and ready to travel and negotiate rates

d) Good background in agricultural product is an advantage

e) Understand commercial about rice pricing, exports and logistics
