JOB INFORMATION

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Job overview: Be responsible for driving business development initiatives while overseeing recruitment activities and team training. This role requires strong leadership, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

 

Responsibilities:

1)    Training and Recruitment (70% of work time):

•     Training

a.    Employee training and development: Guide and train the recruitment team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge for effective recruitment.

b.    Performance evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of the recruitment and training teams and propose solutions for process improvements or additional training.

c.    Report management: Compile and report recruitment, training, and employee development metrics to Director.

•     Recruitment

a.    When received job order from clients per assigned by Company, attracting & sourcing suitable candidates through database and social media channels and networks and contact them regarding roles.

b.    Managing the search process from the screening to the interview to offer stage and beyond.

c.    Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and clients, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner.

d.    Systems: Maintain records of candidate interviews’ results/feedback from clients and develop Company’s candidate database.

e.    Other tasks are assigned by Board of Management.

2)    Business Development (30% of work time):

a.    Identifying and building client/business relationships.

b.    Developing new clients and following up on service agreements as well as job orders.

c.    Networking to build business contacts and candidates that can be converted into Executive Search opportunities.

d.    Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment by the Director.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  5. Analyzing, negotiating and contracting skills.
  6. Experience in problem solving skills with candidates & clients.

      Knowledge:

  1. Graduate from University, major in Foreign Language, Economics, Business Administration, HR or relevant degree.
  2. Strong and wide connections in various industries.
  3. At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position within recruitment or other related professional fields.
  4. Knowledge of the recruitment process; experience in headhunting is a plus.
