Reporting to: Line Manager
Job overview: We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through database and social media channels and networks and contact them regarding roles and requirements
- Managing the search process from the screening to the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and clients, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner
- Systems: Maintain records of candidate interviews’ results/feedback from clients and develop company’s candidate database
- Partner with Department Heads to understand specific hiring needs and provide insights on the current labor market
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and contribute creative ideas to enhance employer branding and talent acquisition

Skills:

Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language, Economics, Business Administration, HR or relevant degree
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment roles or other professional fields related to HR field
- Proven experience in recruitment (experience in Agency or Headhunt environments is a strong plus)
