JOB INFORMATION

Job overview: A detail-oriented Manual QA Tester is needed to validate web and mobile application behavior, ensure multi-tenant reliability, and protect our SLA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and execute end-to-end manual test cases for web and mobile (iOS/Android) user flows
- Validate new features against functional requirements, UI/UX specifications, and edge cases
- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots/video capture, and severity assessments
- Verify bug fixes, regressions, and rollback scenarios across environments (dev, QA, staging)
- Test mobile builds on actual devices and emulators
- Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements, challenge ambiguous acceptance criteria, and refine user stories
- Maintain and update test plans, checklists, and traceability matrices
- Report daily QA status and release readiness risk to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills & Experience
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new environments
- 1-3 years manual QA testing in SaaS or enterprise web/mobile products
- Good communication in English
- Strong command of test case design techniques
- Hands on experience with defect tracking tools (Linear, TestRails)
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or equivalent
- Proficient in writing clear, concise bug reports and test documentation
- Ability to replicate production like environments
- Excellent analytical mindset and skepticism toward untested assumptions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi tenant SaaS architectures and data privacy requirements
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and security (OWASP) testing principles
- Certification: ISTQB Foundation or equivalent
