JOB INFORMATION   

Career level: Professional, 10 or more years hands-on Manufacturing Management experience.  

Job type: Full-time. 

Work location: Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (shuttle bus provided from central HCMC). 

Basic Salary: Open to negotiation.  

Job Overview: Oversees multiple teams in a single plant, covering manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, production planning, quality, and health & safety. Responsible for executing functional strategies and managing operations over the short to mid-term (1–3 years). 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Improve plant performance by applying lean manufacturing methods. 

2. Implement production plans, performance systems, and KPIs; monitor progress and fix issues quickly. 

3. Develop and execute improvement plans across operations. 

4. Make sure the team understands roles, works together, and grows professionally. 

5. Maintain safety standards and promote safe work habits daily. 

6. Communicate goals, manage staffing, training, coaching, salaries, discipline, and performance reviews. 

7. Plan future production and facility need, contribute to business goals and projects. 

8. Help prepare and control the annual budget. 

9. Collaborate closely with other departments. 

10. Perform other assigned duties. 

REQUIREMENTS      

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.  

Experience: 10 or more years’ hands-on Manufacturing Management experience. 

Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities):  

- Process capability control: SPC, 6 Sigma, TPM, TQL, KAIZEN. 

- Proficiency in English (must-have). 

- Skilled in communications and leadership. 

- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
