Job Overview: Manage a telesales team of approximately 120 staff and Team Leaders. Supervise daily sales activities, ensuring compliance with processes and achievement of KPIs. Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement improvement plans. Train, motivate, and inspire the team to enhance productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Manage ~120 telesales staff and Team Leaders.

2. Supervise daily sales operations and ensure KPI achievement.

3. Monitor and analyze performance data.

4. Implement process optimization and improvement plans.

5. Provide training and motivation to enhance productivity.

REQUIREMENTS      

Experience: 

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business services.

- Good at English.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Effective partner and stakeholder management.

- Ability to use data for performance monitoring and optimization.
