Job Overview: The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of supply chain processes and the efficient management of resources.

Responsibilities:                       

1. Lead  operations team performance of all projects and services
2. Develop and execute growth initiatives to align with overall business objectives
3. Foster effective communication across various levels and departments to build strong team rapport
4. Identify and integrate new business opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
5. Negotiate and manage local contracts, transportation, supplies, and cash flow forecasting in collaboration with the Finance Manager
6. Emphasize profitability and operational excellence across all activities
7. Build and maintain close collaboration with local and international colleagues and partners
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements for branch performance
9. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

3. REQUIREMENTS

5. Fluent in English is a must
6. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree
