Job Overview: Support Operation Manager to handle operation tasks at the office and at the port 

Responsibilities:                       

1. Receive new export/import shipments from the sales department or operation manager, follow the schedules, receive documents from customers, work with agents and customers to prepare complete documents and process shipments
2. Carry out custom declaration procedures for export/import shipments on Ecus Vnacc, customs clearance liquidation, Eport declaration and specialized inspections on the customs system or at the port (if any)
3. Arrange and follow the delivery schedule 
4. Other tasks will be discussed later

REQUIREMENTS

3. Willing to attend port and warehouse if needed

Skill & Knowledge:

1. Strong communication, negotiation, troubleshooting, customer service skills
2. Experience at Microsoft, ECUS VNACC, logistics systems, and certification origin
3. Familiarity with global operation systems like Cargowise, and TradeTech
4. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English,...
5. At least 1-2 years experience in Operation scope
6. Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
7. Understanding customs procedures
8. Experience in communicating with customs officers
