JOB INFORMATION

Job type: Full-time

Work location: Ha Noi  

Salary Range: negotiation

Job overview: This role will be responsible for supporting:

1) Both our traditional sales processes and e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across both channels

2) Coordinating orders, managing customer inquiries, assisting with inventory control, processing sales, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment

3) Marketing strategies to drive business growth

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing

a) Graphic Production:

  • Conceptualize and Create Visual Content: Plan, design, and produce a variety of graphic content, including promotional materials, product visuals, event graphics, print media and digital media
  • Brochure and Marketing Material Adaptation: Adapt and create brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals to align with the company’s brand and messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that reflect the company’s brand and communication strategies
  • Post-Production Editing: Edit and refine graphic content to ensure high-quality and consistent visual output across all platforms

b) Video & Editing

  • Plan, script, and produce a variety of video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and event coverage
  • Collaborate with the various departments to develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand and messaging
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that tell a compelling story and meet the project’s objectives
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the final product.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations)

c) Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project goals and deliver content that meets those goals
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and timelines effectively to stakeholders

2. Indoor Sales

a) Sales Support and Administration:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders received via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate entry and timely processing of orders
  • Quotation and Sales Order Preparation: Generate sales order confirmation upon receipt of PO from customers/ sales team. Assisting sales team in ad-hoc quotation generation as and when needed
  • Customer Data Entry (E-Commerce): Maintain and update accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs in the e-commerce tracking list

b) Customer Service and Relationship Management:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to both online and offline orders, including product information, delivery status, and issue resolution
  • Return & Exchange Management: Verify the eligibility of returns and exchanges for online orders, ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery delays, or any other service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow-ups: Perform follow-up tasks to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and encourage repeat business

c) Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist the marketing team with the execution of online sales campaigns, discounts, promotions, and seasonal offers. Ensure that e-commerce product pages reflect current campaigns and discounts
  • Promotions and Discounts Integration: Coordinate the application of promotions across both e-commerce and physical sales channels to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist with e-commerce email marketing campaigns, including cart abandonment emails, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails

d) Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination:

  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations for both e-commerce and traditional sales orders on timely manner
  • Tracking and Follow-ups: Provide customers with shipping updates and track deliveries, ensuring a smooth process from order to final delivery

e) Product Knowledge/ Training & Development:

  • Product Training: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services to assist both customers and the sales team in providing accurate product details
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills
 

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in images and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  2. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and etc)
  3. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written proficiency in both languages
  4. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge:      

  1. Proven experience in graphics and video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with at least of 2 years of experience
  2. Sales and Customer Service Expertise: Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and handling sales-related queries
  3. E-Commerce Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing techniques, such as SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions
  4. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  5. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation
  6. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
