Responsibilities:
Logistics Management
1. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Maintain records of stock movements, deliveries, and backorders.
2. Order Fulfillment
• Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipping documentation and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
3. Logistic Support
• Organise and oversee the dispatch of goods to customers.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other legal requirements related to transportation.
4. Cost Management
• Work on cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Manage budgets for logistics operations and negotiate shipping rates.
5. Problem Solving
• Address logistical issues like delays, stockouts, and damaged goods.
• Resolve any discrepancies between orders, deliveries, or invoices.
Sales Coordination
1. Sales Support
• Assist the sales teams by ordinating orders, preparing sales reports, and providing up-to-date inventory information.
• Prepare quotations and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
3. Sales Orders and Documentation
• Process sales orders and ensure they are correctly entered into the system.
• Create and maintain sales-related documents, including order confirmations and invoices.
4. Sales Performance Tracking
• Assist in tracking sales goals, targets, and performance metrics.
• Generate sales reports to provide insights into trends, forecasts, and customer requirements.
5. Coordination between Departments
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

1. Communication
• Act as a liaison between logistics, sales team and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
2. Market Analysis
• Keep track of market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to assist the sales team in making informed decisions.
- Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare regular reports on logistics and sales activities.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and filed properly.
