Job Overview: Looking for a HR & Account Administrator professional to manage financial operations and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and human resource administration.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Controlling and updating the accounting system and financial reports
- Prepare tax invoice and handle account payable invoices, reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare payment requisition for payment process approval from HQ
- Communicate directly with clients/ suppliers for any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Prepare monthly balance sheet , weekly AR report for HQ review
- Follow up account receivable and liaise with customers for AR collection
- Preparing account receivable aging reports
- Monthly prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) to all customers timely
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly tax filing compliance
- Prepare and monitor the annual fiscal budget to ensure operations are in line with company’s expectations
- Monitor the expenses, purchasing, receivable, payables ensure sufficient working capital and proper expenses are engaged
- Performing and controlling cash flow
- Check and upload of payroll
- Coordinate all activities necessary to fulfil requirements of local tax authority and inspectors
- Handle external auditors
HR & Administration:
- Request email address for new staff (from HQ), 3 days in advance before new staff start work
- Prepare Laptop/ desktop
- Set up working desk and prepare basic stationery
- Orientation of new staff to the team
- Vietnam inform headquater of staff confirmation
- Registration of motorbike/ car building season parking
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Filling and mailing
- And arrange of any courier services for local/ overseas
- Other duties assigned by reporting manage

Skill & Knowledge:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR & Accounting role
- Knowledge of accounting system (E-fast/ SMS live/ Sysfreight/ Xero)
- Fluent in English
