Job Overview: Looking for a HR & Account Administrator professional to manage financial operations and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and human resource administration.

Responsibilities:                       

Accounting:

  1. Controlling and updating the accounting system and financial reports
  2. Prepare tax invoice and handle account payable invoices, reconcile bank accounts
  3. Prepare payment requisition for payment process approval from HQ
  4. Communicate directly with clients/ suppliers for any invoice or payment discrepancies
  5. Prepare monthly balance sheet , weekly AR report for HQ review
  6. Follow up account receivable and liaise with customers for AR collection
  7. Preparing account receivable aging reports
  8. Monthly prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) to all customers timely
  9. Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly tax filing compliance
  10. Prepare and monitor the annual fiscal budget to ensure operations are in line with company’s expectations
  11. Monitor the expenses, purchasing, receivable, payables ensure sufficient working capital and proper expenses are engaged
  12. Performing and controlling cash flow
  13. Check and upload of payroll
  14. Coordinate all activities necessary to fulfil requirements of local tax authority and inspectors
  15. Handle external auditors

HR & Administration:

  1. Request email address for new staff (from HQ), 3 days in advance before new staff start work
  2. Prepare Laptop/ desktop
  3. Set up working desk and prepare basic stationery
  4. Orientation of new staff to the team
  5. Vietnam inform headquater of staff confirmation
  6. Registration of motorbike/ car building season parking

Ad Hoc Duties:

  1. Filling and mailing
  2. And arrange of any courier services for local/ overseas
  3. Other duties assigned by reporting manage

3. REQUIREMENTS

Skill & Knowledge:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR & Accounting role
  2. Knowledge of accounting system (E-fast/ SMS live/ Sysfreight/ Xero)
