JOB INFORMATION 

Job type: Freelance/Full-time 

Work location: Ho Chi Minh City 

Salary Range: Negotiation 

Job overview: Responsible for designing and creating graphics, ensuring the completion of artwork for licensed products and corporate gifts from concept to final production. 

Responsibilities: 

- Create designs that align with client requirements, focusing on license-based projects as well as customise product development. 

- Engage with licensors to manage licensing projects, ensuring clear and timely approvals. 

- Design and create graphics for in-house marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. 

- Conduct photoshoots and image editing for new products and case studies, enhancing visual presentation. 

- Prepare artwork for both existing stock and customised products, ensuring readiness for production. 

- Participate in large-scale projects, contributing to concept design, layout creation, and assisting in the transition from artwork to final production 

REQUIREMENTS 

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in advertising or a related industry. 

- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Art & Design, Product Design, or a relevant field. 

- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of photography, video editing, and 3D software is an added advantage. 

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent work ethics and a positive attitude. 

- Creative and innovative, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. 

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. It's good to have Mandarin to facilitate communication with colleagues in the China office.
