JOB INFORMATION
Job type: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8:30 – 17:30).
Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Job overview: Responsible for executing digital marketing activities including social media management, SEO content creation, and website enhancement to strengthen the company’s online presence and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
2.1. Website Redesign & Vendor Coordination (30%)
2.1.1. Website Redesign
- Research competitor websites to identify good practices in website design, user experience, and content structure for professional HR services.
- Create a redesign plan using WIX (limited to look & feel of website only): modern aesthetic, solid color, improved navigation, clear service communication.
2.1.2. Vendor Coordination
- Support sourcing and evaluating outsourcing vendors for website redesign, maintenance and future development.
- Coordinate with website vendors to ensure the website redesign project follows the approved design and timeline.
2.2. Social Media Management & KPI Tracking (40%)
- Create and schedule engaging content for target audiences, including potential clients and candidates.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule of 3 posts per week dedicated to recruitment updates and job openings.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and support audience engagement.
- Track social media KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth while ensuring timely posting schedules.
2.3. SEO Content Strategy (30%)
- Plan and execute SEO content calendars with management based on target audience needs.
- Develop high-quality, relevant content optimized for target keywords related to executive search, HR consulting, and the Vietnam job market.
- Maintain a posting schedule of 1 SEO-focused post per week on LinkedIn & Facebook.

- KPI Tracking: Ability to monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- SEO Writing: Crafting keywords & optimized content for professional HR services.
3. Good-to-have Skills
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) and willingness to leverage them for productivity.
