JOB INFORMATION
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Work location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job overview: Responsible for all activities of HR related to employees’ C&B, performance appraisal process as well as accounting/admin and other tasks required by the Management.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits – HR Business Partner (60% of work time)
- Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the internal side and Client’s payroll is processed accurately and on time for the Client.
Activities include: distributing and preparing payments, accuracy of information provided and legal compliance including calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records. Ensure that the payroll is processed timely and accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments (Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Trade Union Fee and Personal Income Tax)
- Complete monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for Client’s employees or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
- Responsible for administration of the Labor Code, the Collective Labor Agreement (if any), the Internal Labour Regulations, all extra-contractual agreement and any other provision that may be applicable for the Client.
- Tracking of staff annual leave.
- Follow up the monthly invoices/billing statements with the Client.
- Solve Client’s employees’ complaints or queries (HR Helpdesk).
- Perform other job-related as assigned.
- Internal Tasks (40% of work time):
- Compensation & Benefit: Payroll computation and commission/bonus tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Arrange birthday celebrations and company events.
- Organization Development: Cultivate and uphold company culture.
- Learning & Development: Plan and implement training sessions for internal employees.
- Legal & Compliance: Manage and ensure the validity of work permits, ERC, IRC, and sub-licenses. Provide bi-annual updates on relevant laws related to human resource management, and support the implementation of applicable regulations (e.g., Law of Data, etc.).
- Manpower Planning: Create annual operations and recruitment budgets.
- Policies: Develop internal policies and benefits programs.
- Accounting/Office Administration:
- File documentation for tax reporting and financial reports to the Chief Accountant.
- Issue invoice/billing statement/e-VAT invoices.
- VAT & PIT payment & report to the Management.
- Monitor and report the statement of cash flow to the Management.
- Submit monthly bank statement to Chief Accountant.
- Order and maintain relevant office supplies within a budget.
- File of office documentation.
REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge
- Graduate from University, major in Accounting/Finance or Human Resources Management.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role. Prior experience in HR firms is a plus.
