Job overview: This position is responsible for the brand building and marketing of flooring products in Thailand market.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and promote actively company’s products in Thailand and Indo China market.
- Support the company appointed distributors closely and guide dealers in sales process and closing sales. When needful, appoint new distributors strategically.
- Be actively involved in specifying company’s products for new projects through Direct End users, Project Management Companies, Architects, Interior Design community and Interior Contractors.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Quota.
- Report weekly on key project events.
REQUIREMENTS
Attributes
- Candidate must be an active “Hunter”, able to work independently and sales driven.
- A proactive person with practical experience and a drive to accomplish targets.
Skills
- Proficient command of English and Thai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Strong project management and solution integration skills
- Good MS Office skills
Knowledge
- Candidate should ideally have close to 10 years’ experience or more, within the Built Environment industry in Thailand market.
- Candidate with experience in the flooring industry would have an added advantage.
- Candidate must be well connected within the Project Management Companies, Architect, and Interior Design community – Candidate who can provide referees would have an added advantage.
