JOB INFORMATION

Job type: Full-time remote

Work location: Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi (2 headcounts)

Salary Range: open to negotiation

Job Overview: This role drives growth by spotting opportunities, winning clients, and expanding markets. It blends research, lead generation, and relationship management with strategic planning and collaboration. Success comes from closing deals, crafting persuasive pitches, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:              

Identifying Business Opportunities:

  • Researching markets to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to benchmark company strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Strategic Planning:
  • Developing business development plans and strategies.
  • Setting revenue goals and tracking performance against them.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Working with marketing teams to create campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Coordinating with product development or operations to align offerings with client needs.
Market Expansion:
  • Exploring new markets, regions, or industries for expansion.
  • Establishing partnerships with other companies or distributors.
Proposal Writing & Presentations:
  • Preparing business proposals, pitches, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations to secure business deals.
Monitoring Industry Trends:
  • Staying updated on industry changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
