Responsibilities 

1. Identifying potential opportunities, assessing the feasibility and legal status of projects

2. Engaging in negotiations with potential partners/vendors regarding crucial commercial terms and deal structures

3. Collaborating with the team to recommend business strategies to Management

4. Overseeing partnerships with various stakeholders

5. Establishing new relationships with potential partners and authorities

6. Taking overall responsibility for Portfolio/Asset Management and overseeing the execution of approved budgets and business plans throughout project development stages

7. Working with team members to create and deliver reports and approval documents, while facilitating coordination among different departments for optimal efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

d. Can accept working overtime and travel.

Skills                 

a. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.

b. Good communication skills on Vietnamese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Candidates with understanding of Chinese preferred.

c. Good communication and coordination skills, capacity of working independently.

Knowledge      

a. Bachelor’s degree or above

b. 7+ years or above experience in investment and business development Real Estate projects 

c. Understand the government's processes and regulations project investment activities.
