Job overview: This role serves as the primary contact for both new and existing partners, ensuring seamless daily support and guidance to drive sustainable business growth and foster long-term account relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners with the Channel Partner Program (CPP), providing comprehensive daily support and guidance to drive continued business growth and foster strong account relationships.
- Drive business growth through structured training, coaching, and educational support to channel partners, while setting and monitoring annual sales targets and KPIS for each account to ensure continued performance tracking and strategic achievement.
- Develop and execute marketing activities for key partners alongside the marketing team.
- Coordinate and support company-led and distributor-led initiatives, including tradeshows and workshops.
- Track and assess key focus partners' performance and growth trajectory.
- Collaborate with partner-referred end-user accounts to develop strategic opportunities.
- Handle inbound leads requiring face-to-face engagement in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and document partner performance, highlighting improvement areas.
- Contribute to the regional team's success by supporting country-level targets and initiatives.
- This role reports to the National Sales Manager, Philippines & Vietnam.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales position.
- Track record of reaching sales targets working through partners.
- Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer relationships.
- Driven and self-motivated team player.
- Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and applications.
- Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain relations with customers.
